One-off account cleanup/reporting*

This service is useful for businesses that do not need ongoing bookkeeping or accounting support, but need books cleaned up in preparation for tax time, to prepare documentation for a bank, or just for an annual checkup. This service can include preparation of financial reports if desired.
Monthly reconciliation/reporting*
$125/hr, billed monthly
This service is designed for businesses that are comfortable with day-to-day transaction classification and just need help with month-end activities like account reconciliations and/or financial reporting.
Full-service ongoing bookkeeping
$100/hr, billed monthly
This service is designed to take bookkeeping and accounting completely off of your plate. I am in your accounting books at least weekly to assist with transaction classification. I prepare monthly and ad hoc reports for you.
Full-service payroll
$100/hr**, billed monthly
This ongoing service involves me processing payroll on whatever frequency you choose using QuickBooks Online Payroll (QuickBooks Online subscription not required). This service includes appropriate payroll tax filing and annual W-2 processing. Payment by direct deposit or to a prepaid debit card is included at no additional cost. Paper checks incur an additional fee of $3 per individual check, added to the monthly bill. New clients receive a discount off of the list price of QuickBooks Online Payroll and/or QuickBooks Time when I set up your subscription.
